How we manufacture your coffee cup?

Here's a general overview of the typical manufacturing process for glass coffee cups:

Raw Materials: Silica Sand, Soda Ash, and Limestone: The primary raw materials for glass production. These materials are mixed in specific proportions to create a batch.

Melting: Furnace: The batch is melted in a furnace at high temperatures (around 1700°C or 3092°F) to form molten glass.

Forming: Blow-and-Blow or Press-and-Blow Process: For creating glass cups, the molten glass is either blown into a mold or pressed into shape using a mold. This process forms the initial shape of the cup.

Annealing: Cooling Process: The formed glass cups are slowly cooled in an annealing oven. This process helps relieve internal stresses and ensures uniform thickness in the glass.
