After you confirm the product you need, reihey will communicate with you basic business information, including the confirmation of the product quantity,glass parameters, customization options, order cost quotes, production times, payment terms and payment options, transportation options and costs.

3. Comfirm the sample

Samples are the first step to build trust between us, samples are also a basis for us to confirm product quality and packaging form and other details, especially when you need to customize glass products, you can easily understand our actual strength and sincerity through samples.

On normal case, we will provide free samples(custom sample are not free), and the shipping cost is on your side.

Contracts: After the communication and samples from both sides,We need to sign a contract before next step. If you have no confidentiality requirements, the contract is usually a PI.

Payments: Then you pay the advance payment to us according to the agreed payment channels and methods, we provide a variety of common payment methods, common T/T, secured transaction, L/C, small order you can also choose paupal, Western Union, etc., the final payment has a variety of options, including before delivery, see the copy of the bill of lading and so on.
